I am certified to teach science in California and Rhode Island, with many additional college and graduate level credits in History / Social Studies as well. ACT composite score: 33 SAT scores: Critical Reasoning - 740 Math - 720 Writing - 800 I have tutored students from 4th grade through high school in many subjects in my past 3 years working as a teacher, and I have found it very rewarding. Past clients have cited some of the following as positive, effective elements of my tutoring: using a variety of methods to reinforce material, kindness, patience, positivity, and an ability to modify my approach to work with students with learning disabilities or behavioral challenges.
